The GardX Group have a leading global presence in the automotive industry offering vehicle protection, insurance solutions and digital evolution. We were delighted to be asked to provide AV, technical support and entertainment for their exciting IGNITE strategy launch event at The Goodwood Hotel, West Sussex.
TRUSTED & KNOWN
GardX hosted guests in a roomy flexible space known as the Cedar Suite in The Goodwood Hotel. As a trusted supplier, Toast has in depth knowledge of the venue and established relationships with the hotel team. This made for a smooth and seamless set-up!

AV COVERED
Toast provided screens, TVs, audio, autocue, a podium, staging, backdrops, uplighting, giant GardX light-up letters and an on-brand balloon arch, amongst other venue stying. Our Toast AV tech team were on hand every step of the way, working closely with the GardX team to deliver a slick and successful conference programme.

al fresco dining
We provided lighting and music in the pagoda marquee outside. Despite the summer season, the weather turned unexpectedly chilly so we sourced heaters last-minute to ensure all guests stayed nice and toasty!

GardX get on the dance floor
One of our talented Toast DJ's entertained guests enjoying a pre-dinner tipple in The Goodwood Bar and Grill. Later into the evening the interactive and highly energetic Tommy T & The Belletones worked their magic on the dancefloor!

memorable moments
Whilst our DJ played into the early hours for those not quite ready to hang up their dancing shoes, GardX celebrated a successful day of igniting vision and inspiring their team. We were proud to be a part of helping launch them into their new ventures!
